Proposed fix for Quiver

As we are all (I hope by now) aware of the Quiver exploit that was discovered a few weeks ago and subsequently completely disabled because it was broken as -blam!-. Bungie, as of yet, has not released an updated version of the perk to fix the exploit which leaves Nightstalkers without a third ability slot for nightshot. My proposed fix for it is to change the name of the perk to Burning Bow and implement a Damage over Time burn to tethered enemies. Nothing crazy, but enough to make it a viable option for both PVP and PVE. Nightshot would, at this point, still be limited to just one shot but still enable a skilled player to gather kills efficiently, however would be limited to about the same time as if the Blood Bond perk was in use. Whether you like the idea or not, I'd like to hear some feedback and ideas.

  • Quiver was not broken the helmet is broken. It glitches thinking you are using blood born (check the perks they are the same logo with different descriptions) so you shoot 2 shots and you still have super and when you pulled the menu the game registered blood born and a super charge so it gave it all back. They are fixing graviton not quiver. They disabled quiver so people can still use shadestep with say predator or keen scout.
