1. 11000+ shotgun kills.
2. Barely ever touched a sniper rifle of any kind.
Conclusion: OP is salty because he cant run into open lanes and get free kills anymore without getting his dome split open.
Remedy: Dismantle shotgun, learn to counter-snipe.
Not trying to be a jerk but get with the times. As long as you keep rushing around like your shotgun is a primary, I will be waiting for you with a scope on your forehead.

May be true but the point is don't run around and shotgun all day and expect people to take it easy on you. There are times to run a shotgun and times you shouldnt.

To beat a sniper, yes. Your best option is a sniper. All I said was if you're going to pretend its year one and run around like crazy with shotguns, I'm going to pick you off over and over and over again.

And you aren't on the forums crying Nerf 1000 yard, Nerf Hereafter, Nerf Eirene, Nerf Aim assist. He's crying to nerf a mechanic that doesn't really make that much of a difference. Even if Bungie removed aim assist all together, people would still snipe you left and right. People adapt to the game. That's what I was suggesting the OP do.

I have seen some pretty overly insane sniping montages that are all based solely on quick scoping and swiping over heads and firing. Thankfully there aren't to many people that destroy like that, but sometimes it does seem a little over the top.

stop whining.... the OP is complaining because he can't snipe. Now all of the sudden all of the shotgun whores are crying because snipers are giving them facials all game.... thew aim assist does nothing dude, OP misunderstands how aim assist works. There are so manny snipers with higher aim assist than the stare... so why is he complaining about it? Honestly its just average, other snipers have WAY higher aim assist. He's just mad he can't sprint around with a shotgun only anymore

Yeah you must have played against me a hundred times already cuz that's exactly what I do. Matter of fact I got universal remote and a shotgun equipped in my secondary so I got 2. If I could just find a heavy shot gun I'd be set
