Did not say that at all. Because GG is an instant is why it should not one shot HoS. Since hammer has travel time and is harder to aim is why they can trade kills since GG has time to fire twice.

You don't have to aim hammer that much actually. It tracks for you. And it should one shot hammer because it one shots everything else. It's called balance.
