I see exactly where u are coming from. U wanted to get to the light house. U and two mates playing your asses off each match to beat the other team. But the other team has a Sunbreaker. That subclass that is built around one super. In record time, this super has become that bane of ur destiny experience. This guy probably has the same build any pvp Sunbreaker has. Hammers with aim assist (but it is always called "tracking"), healing himself with cauterize if he can kill someone, and he can throw one extra hammer. [b]But u never ask, how much of this build goes into something besides his super?[/b] A melee (besides thermal vent), with his t-Rex arms? Or a grenade? Just like everyone else's. But that's the beauty of trials and pvp in general. Sunbreakers don't always have a hammer and when they don't, they are subpar. Easy to kill. Just stick to the rule of thumb (distance yourself from the Titan) and your golden. I'm not saying that completely excuses the super's ridiculous health, that should be nerfed, I'm saying that there's a much more important downside to the subclass than u see. Besides, when ur in trials, what's he gonna do, search the whole map for three ppl,l and waste his super in the process? Yeah, that's terrible…mostly for him. I open to discussion, so msg me if u want to, but one more thing… [spoiler]Titan is my main ;3[/spoiler]

  • Stop giving bullshit reasons. The only thing crap about sunbreaker is melee range. Anybody who says fusion grenade is bad for pvp is a retard.

  • I didn't mean the grenades are weak, but they are not unique to the Sunbreaker, any sunsingers or golden gun has access to at least one top tier nade, so I don't think that gives Sunbreakers and advantage. And second, I don't think they are bullshit reasons. If u were to compare the blade dancer to the Sunbreaker for example, u would see blade dancer has more variety in the possible builds. I'll admit, I'm not well versed in every bladedancer build, but I know there are only two general Sunbreaker builds that are half bad, one for sunspots and one for cauterize. The bladedancer can choose straight invis, enhanced gun play and movement, enhance its super, or somewhere in the middle of these choices.

  • It may seem like it, I mean u give away some skills for when ur out of super, and more go into super. Sounds like an even deal, until u realize that u regularly spend more time out of super than in super. Let's take a Titan with maxed intellect to see the best case scenario. A maxed intellect build would give u a 4 minute, 30 second cool down at minimum. Now this wait builds up to about 27 seconds of super time, and then even less time when throwing hammers. Too add on, there is no guarantee that u can make anything of using the super. So, in reality, u r given significantly more time with a underwhelming build to have an amazing super that will only last u a few mere seconds at best. Yes, it is more time than other super's get, but then again, they do not have the same read off the Sunbreaker has.

  • Two top-tier pvp grenades and a one shot melee (fyi, T-rex arms is a bit of an overstatement. I have none of the problems that you people have with the melee.)

    First of all, thx for not coming in, salt shaker in hand, ready to skate me down with salt. Ur right, the two grenades, (fusion and incendiary I'm guessing) are top tier. However, at least one of these grenades is available to all classes, and the Titan can only use one type at a time. As for the melee, I get mixed results. If the hit is a critical, then ya, it's a one shot, but any other time, it leaves them hurt pretty bad, that's it, as a melee charge usually does. All in all, ur right that the grenades, which are available to any class, are top tier, but I still feel the melee is nothing to write home about. And yeah, t-Rex arms is not accurate, but compared to the force palm and commando pro the other classes have, a lot of ppl feel like Titan punches are pretty short.

  • Melting point doesn't last the full 8 seconds sometimes.
