Its arc blade, but with ranged attacks. How is that balanced with arc blade?

Sunbreaker can't Blink and isn't as fast/agile as Arc Blade. Plus Bladedancer's neutral game is really good in comparison.

Exactly. I'm tired of people to compare it to ArcBlade. ranged attacks, longer timer, super tank, hard to avoid in closed spaces, and have infinite heals plus THEY DONT SLOW DOWN ANY.
