Probably get immediately shuffled to the bottom of the forums this, but anyway...
I don't think it's right that when we have a real in game issue our only option is to post it on the forums, where you will usually get no response from Bungie because they mostly only respond to flippant irrelevant posts about which actor would play your Guardian. If you have an issue you might get a response from a handful of helpful fellow players - you guys - but you won't get any help from Bungie.
No Customer Services number, no email address.
I think this is wrong. They have, after all, been paid for this game.
It may even be illegal (here in the UK) to have no contact number or email address published on the website. Anyone know what Government body regulates Video Game Publishers?

God I hope I just fell for satire or the op is 8 years old. First there is a help forum as well as don't act info on the web site. Second video games that ship are considered finished products. There are bugs and issue but no further changes to the game are legally required. Like a boom the ships with typos or music or movies that ship with bad sound recording or poor lighting. Now a lot of places do issue updates and fixes but several don't. Remember all the hot fixes and updates on the pa3. Some but not many, luckily now it's become expected and standard practice. Third keep in mind that they don't control your internet. Poor internet services aren't their problem. I'm shocked by the expectations of most kids these day. A lot would be much better off spending their allowances on something a little less delicate. They should get board games or Legos or something.

Are you posting on here or on the help forums? Because of course it'll be swept away here as this sub-forum gets the most attention. But Bungie monitors help more frequently, each time I've posted there I get some feedback either from a mentor or bungiehelper quickly. I doubt anything legal can be done to Bungie as I'm sure themselves and Activison have double checked everything obscure to cover their companies.

Edited by ace2bme: 11/5/2015 7:58:47 PMOMG. Imagine 30.000 12 year olds all calling at the same time to tell Bungiethat they want some weapon nerfed because it killed them. Or. Internet problems go here reconfigure network. You do the reconfig. Still same problem. Different zoo animal . Trouble shooting. Repeat step 1still have problems repeat step 2. It's a vicious cycle. Then you post on forum guess what you repeat the cycle again. Welcome to bungie. I can't believe people from Xbox thought this dev was good. I'd hate to see bad.

You really think they have enough people to wade through every single complaint on here?

Haven't we all?

Not me. I complained and they sent a team of experts to my house to apologize. Even brought take-out with them.

There's 25 million people that play this game. Any kind of traditional customer contact center would be an enormous expense. Not going to happen.
-
And yet they're still more helpful than companies with a "costumer service" department. When I tried getting help with Skyrim because it was a buggy mess on Playstation, the answer essentially boiled down to, "Why would you get it on Playstation?" That was incredibly helpful "customer service" right there.

Omg I can't believe 1 million people haven't signed this

My biggest issue is that once you buy taken king for a last gen console, you have to rebuy it for the Next gen. Bungie has already gotten $165 out of me. I'm not about to spend another $40 for an upgrade that should've been free after getting it for last gen.
Y1 limited edition ($100), taken king collectors ($60), and Carlton emote ($5 well worth it BTW)
