[i]Now everyone could see it. The massive warp storm that had appeared in the Solar system was visible from every planet. Especially from earth. The Massive storm loomed ominously over the system, it's intentions unknown to others, but known only to some....
The first to fall were the Sunbreakers of Mercury. They fought valiantly, showing to the enemy the strength of titans. But it wasn't enough. They were savagely killed, falling one after the other. As a last effort, they echoed a warning across the stars.
"This is Jaela Ruk of the Sunbreakers! To all Guardians, prepare! The Demons walk the Earth! I repeat, the Demons walk the-- EAAUGGHG!!!"
The transmission gave nothing but static afterwards.[/i]

The storm rocked Andy's Aspect of Glass as he piloted towards the planet of Mercury. He felt little remorse for the Sunbreakers, partially out of spite from a recent Crucible loss. He was mainly here to apease Petra Venj, she seemed rather uppity about this incident. He had no other choice but to go investigate, or face Petra's angry wrath. He wanted to land on a pit below him, but it seemed structually unstable. In the end, he parked his ship over a cliff and leaped out onto the hard earth below. Turning to his ghost, he asked for a scan of the area. "I can't see anything, but the air seems off here. I'd advise caution." "Thanks for that incredibly useful information." The hunter replied sarcastically, and strode towards the Sunbreaker forge.

[b]as he approached, the landscape changed. Scorch marks, burning hammers and dead titans littered the ground. Blast marks he had never seen before were all around the area.[/b]

The hunter moved his left hand onto his Hakke hand cannon, and continued on to investigate the body of one of the many Titans. "There must be something here. A clue or some kind of lead." He checmed around for a ghost, or any other point of interest.

No ghosts. No nothing. Just the markings of combat.

Phanix, the first organic member of the Sol Heretics, Vex with free will, walks out, weapons at the ready. He climbs a near cliff with ease and scouts the area. His armor gleaming in the sunlight.[/b]

[b]the silent surface of the planet was washed by the Sun, but the Gigantic storm nearly covered all. It was especially visible from mercury, looking like a gaping black hole ready to swallow it.[/b]

[b]His helmet closes around his eyes and are used as binoculars. He places a beacon where he's standing.[/b] "This is Phanix of the Sol Heretics does anyone respond?"

[b]Static. Somebody was blocking his communications. The long range network was only connected to the Sunbreaker base...[/b]

[b]He stands up and his binoculars are put away. He traced the signal of the disruption ad makes his way to the base.[/b]

[b]he finds markings of battle. Flames, hammers and corpses of titans litter the dusty surface of Mercury.[/b]

[b]He kneels and says an ancient burial prayer. [/b] "What did this?" [b]He travels deeper in the base.[/b]

[b]whispers fill his mind as he feels a dark presence all around him... out of the corner of his eye, he can barely see the shape of a person(?) Yet when he looks, the person is gone.[/b]

[b]He looks around for the presence but it is in vain. He finds a radio antenna and sticks a Vex device on it. He checks his comms.[/b] "This is Phanix of the Sol Heretics does anyone read?"

[b]suddenly, the whispers become clearer.[/b] [i][u]"You... should have stayed... home..."[/u][/i]

[b]He activates his wrist blades.[/b] "Show yourself coward."

A fiery portal opened behind him, letting one of the horrors of the Warp through. A Daemon, armed with a flaming sword rushes through, thirsting for your blood.

[spoiler]2spooky4me[/spoiler] [b]He stabs it viciously in the gut and holds it off the ground and stabs it in the head. He kicks it off the blades. [/b]

[b]the blade meets the skin, but deflects. The Daemon's skin is as hard as metal, and burning hot. He slashes his large sword at him with power, the flames latching on to your skin, scorching it.[/b]

"You think your flames hurt me Hell-Spawn? I WAS BORN IN FLAMES!" [b]He charges at you and punches you with enough force to crack your skin. He then stabs the opening in the skin and throws you into a wall.[/b]

[b]The Daemon disappears through the wall and re-appears behind him, stabbing his sword through your chest. A nauseating feeling takes over your body and a pounding headache lurched through your head.[/b]

[b]He doesn't seem to be in pain.[/b] "Is this all you have? Mimicry and sorcery? Pitiful." [b]He breaks the sword that's protruding out of him and stabs it in the throat.[/b]

[b]The Daemonblade doesn't break, much to his surprise, powered by the warp. He pulls the sword out, slashing through him again.[/b]

[b]His wounds heal. He stands up and stares at the creature. Doesn't attack or anything. Just stares.[/b]

Garuud, a Titan shows up to investigate Mercury after receiving the transmission from the mercenary Titans. " Well, lets go see what trouble we can find! Probably like that time that we dove into that pit on venus because someone told us there was treasure and all we found was Vex. A lot of them." Another voice comes from his mouth " Yeah but.... we did find treasure. Also I warned you like 8 times." "Yeah, yeah but it was fun at least!" Garuud says with a smile. He lands on Mercury and sees the devastation. " Looks like we missed the party!" Another voice spoke different from the other. " Awwww! I wanted chips and dip." That is when Garuud sees the Vex fighting what looks to be a being made of fire and rock. "Spoooooooooooooons!" Garuud yells and jumps down the hill and activates his hammer and hits the daemon directly in the back sending it flying past the Vex. Garuud lands in front of the Vex still and hammer form and stares. " So friend or hammer food?"

"Friend" [b]Upon closer inspection he's a fallen captain, just with Vex modified armor.[/b]
