Completely agree, nicely said. This game is a straight fps, only having small qualities of an mmo. If year 1 is brought back there would be a large diversity for weapons and armor. I'd be happy if it's just raid and PoE gear, new players would see it and want them (extending the life of the game). I also agree about the attachment towards gear, each weapon and piece of armor from the raid and PoE was like a badge of honor. I still have my favorites sitting in the vault in hopes they'd be back.
