Fallouts gunplay is horrible. Bethesda's animations are always trashy. But they do give a solid single player exploration experience.

  • They are using the same FPS software as the new DOOM coming out so Fallout 4's gunplay will be pretty good. I agree that they have never had good animation but you never know. They might have worked on them

  • Remember that Fallout 3 and new Vegas are really old games. They came out when halo 2 and 3 did. I can guarantee they'll have better mechanics by now.

  • Skyrim had terrible animations as well. The trailer also didn't look too promising in the animation department either. The gunplay may have improved, but I can only go off of their last game for reference.

  • Who cares if they have "bad animation" skyrim is still one of my all time favorite games. If you concern yourself with aesthetics, you're gonna be disappointed by even the best games
