Nope. By now all missions take longer than a day. Halo story will not be receiving any expansions. Halo is dead on arrival

Like the other guy said, he's meaning when destiny launched but even still I'm pretty sure even now it's still possible to complete destiny within a day

All the story modes plus the quests? I don't think so.

Not all quests are story based and most of the story based ones are done with the campaign, but yeah all the story and the add-on story quests as well could be done within a day, considering
