If by earned you mean buy three of coins from xur and play the game and get lucky to get it at 310 then yes.

I earned mine by holding "use" on a Three Of Coins. All that hard work holding down a button paid off for sure.

1 ReplyCause rng = earning it. If you think about it, grinding for strange coins and then buying a zhalo means you earned it more than a random lucky drop. And for the record I have had 3 zhalo drop.
