I have proof that Bungie is making custom weapons for people who are "big" in their community. Multiple pictures and a video (taken by me) are on my feed. I also have pics from my phone inspecting him in the Destiny Companion app. Whatever, believe me or not. I don't really believe myself, as this is just a video game.
