Curious to know if there is still a way to get super good advice I still need the card for it, is that in the legacy engram loot pool?

All year 1 exotic bounty weapons can be obtained through the legacy engrams. These engrams are heavily weighted to decrypt into items you do not have in your collection but are not guaranteed to do so
