If you're talking about my in-game ones, it's the 'Shield of Heroes' emblem. :P You got them if you were a high-enough rank on the OLD Bnet forums, back when they still did Halo. It was a legacy thing, so you can't get them anymore (except maybe the Shield of Mythics one, which one of my buddies got as a reward, but I'm not sure!).
