Ohhhhh, okay. I see how not being able to aim down sights poses an issue. But you're saying aim, look over their head, and go down till you see their name.
Now, I haven't tried this, is there an easy way to check that they're in line with your shot?

Not really. You zoom in a bit when looking over your shoulder. Try using a long range scope. Most of the time it's easy to hit their really tall heads
