There is no difference from the other raids
You could get only 2 energy/shards at any stage of VoG (including the end boss).
King's Fall is no different with RNG. Even the extra roll can give you 2 shards.

Difference is is that if you did nm VOG then hard VOG you got drops even if they were shards/energy, now you literally can have nothing drop as a hard mode drops... it's a waste of time when that happens

It's already a waste of time to run normal and hard separately. If you just run hard for the double drops like you should be doing you'll always get something. Be it moldering shards or actual loot.

This is not true. There's still a change of getting nothing which is bs. Guardian whose double loot from warpriest and sisters was 2 shards... like wtf
