What are you on about with the rank 25 with a faction? Are you talking about the exotic bond/cloak/mark you get from the faction quest at rank 25? I'm quite certain it's a 290 drop, I'm working on my FWC one now.
So what exactly are you talking about here?

Oh for realies? My bad. I thought it was 310 rofl. Though, I don't know why I had that thought. Nothing drops 310 unless it's an engram.
