Hard mode needs to drop 310 and up, this needs to happen, don't care about drop rates seems fine to me, but doing hard and getting low 300 stuff blows big time

He's talking about the normal drops. I agree the hard raid items drop at 310+ but half the time it does nothing to help your level. Its all about rng. One of are team mates reached 315 while the rest of use only hit 311-313

Yes it does, you're getting your normal drops along with the hard raid drops.
