I got all the masks I was missing (in legendary form) when I did so. I bought the one with 9 chances (900 Silver). If you do drop $10 on it, try to space out the times you open the gifts. For some reason, I got better rare masks when I did that for the ones I didn't buy (stockpile them and open all at once or open one every 10 minutes or so).
