Petition to remove chance of getting no rewards from Hard King's Fall. Sign here. Waiting on Bungie to respond.

Final edit: This is regarding having a chance of getting no drops from hard mode. A lot of people, including myself, have gotten very frustrated with this to the point where we just don't want to play anymore. PROOF THIS IS NOT A GLITCH AND SOMETHING WHICH IS INTENDED BY BUNGIE: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/169504792/0/0 It's not easy with a LFG team and after you spend a while fighting the boss, you get nothing or just normal mode loot. What's the point of doing it on Hard if you won't get loot anyway? I've seen it all. Vault of Glass normal and hard, Crota's End normal and Hard, along with Prison of Elders. I've been through forever 29 but never complained about the rewards but this time I am as every other encounter gave you something every time. Below is my original post. Don't I just love it when I spend 20 min on a encounter only to get nothing? Last week it was nothing from sisters. This week, it was nothing from Golgoroth and I was the one who had the gaze. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to remove drops completely is a dumbass who deserves a slap to the face. GIVE US GUARANTEED DROPS ON EVERY ENCOUNTER! Just to clarify one thing, I'm not asking for straight 320 drops with perfect rolls. I'm just asking for drops. Now, with the variety of things you can get, you won't be done immediately. You get a drop, then it needs to be 320 and it needs desirable rolls. For those of you saying "It has always been like this", it hasn't. I've been here since week one (Sign of Founders on my Hunter) and I'll tell you why. Before you got shards and / or energies. You could use those to upgrade your initial gear and make it more powerful. You got something out of it if you remembered correctly. Now, since you don't need ascendant materials to upgrade anymore, the equivalent could be seen as weapons or gear. You use high light stuff and upgrade your initial gear and make it more powerful. If you do a normal raid and complete it, then do a hard raid, or just do a hard raid straight then you have the chance of getting nothing which has 310+ light until Oryx. What was the point of doing the previous encounters then if they don't guarantee you items? And it's not like this is infrequent. I didn't get anything from 3/5 encounters last week and 2/5 encounters this week. How is that fair? Also, those of you calling me "entitled", I am entitled. I finished the activity therefore I earned the rewards. If you disagree with that then why not just remove loot completely from every activity? Edit: 250+ replies. Let's keep going until Bungie sees this Gecko 77 made a very good point:
Players should always feel like they are progressing. They should come out of the raid atleast one light level higher than when they started.
triplearod also made another very good point:
The main difference in VoG and Crota's End is all weapons were exactly the same so you had to only get them once, low drop rate is fine in that instance. Armor may have different stat roll but the maximum light was always the same Now were not only rolling against the chance it drops, but its Atk/Def values, and its perks. Im fine with the variance as it makes the raid more replayable, but something should drop even if it is a 310 hallowed pieces of gear. Maybe that gear will have stats & perks I like and is worth infusing up.
Edit: RIP my notifications tbh Edit: 500+ replies Edit 750+ replies. When we get to 1000, I'll edit this to #Feedback so this has a more likely chance of getting noticed. Edit: 1000+ replies. Will edit this into #Feedback soon Edit 1500+ replies. Bungie, we're waiting on you Edit 1750+ replies. Two updates later and no mention of this in any update... Really Bungie?

 • Think of the pick 5 on news at night where a random number is picked 1 through 100. In Destiny each number would represent 1 reward all different from eachother and each item only represented by one number. That would be an example of rng. That's not what destiny does. One item can have multiple numbers like a crest of alpha lupi would have 20 numbers out of 100 that all would give the same reward if they pop up. You would have a 1 in 5 chance of getting a crest of alpha lupi. Then Destiny picks which items will be given for which missions- like I'd you did a nightfall this week you most likely got a choleric dragon and a ghost and strange coins. They are basically assigning certain rewards which will most likely be received. Does that sound random to you? Ppl talk about rng and really don't understand it stands for random numerical generator. Yes, the numbers are random, but the rewards are far from random. This is equivalent to you watching the pick 5 tonight and out of 100 balls 99 were all the number 3 and 1 ball was a 6- all 5 numbers picked are most likely going to be 33333. Just because that one ball is a 6 you can't get mad because its random right? Its RNG! don't be a chump and demand to be treated better as a customer. Ppl are literally the donkey trying to get the carrot on a stick that Bungie is holding- and all ppl say is, "well that's rng". Ignorance is bliss, I guess. You have to ask the question "Why would they do this? " its to get ppl to play their game more and more. Pretty lame if you ask me. Hey don't get me wrong- as far as the raid and Destiny community I think it's freaking awesome but their reward system is definitely too manipulated and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
