Future DLC and it's current state.

So I've been on these forums recently and have noticed some animosity towards this Halloween event and it's special dances. I'll start by saying they did a great job, but not without some flaws. I'm under the impression that one specific mask is unobtainable without first roll RNG as well as more than x2 legendary masks without spending coin. I think in some ways, that's fair, however, certain items should not be locked through a paywall that is determined by RNG. The initial items given and earned are great. Having somebody spend around 20 cheese wizards to obtain something due to chance is absurd. On top of that, the legendary emotes should have been capped at 5 Ludachristmas'. Almost a quarter of the expansion price is going a bit far, even if it is only 2 extra cans of pop. Now, hate it or love it, here's an idea for a monthly DLC plan. Other MMO's(Destiny pushes this lable) give out a monthly item with a donation. Keep it to 5 laffy taffy's. Each month they release an armour piece that is more or less cosmetic, with no God tier perks that fits a class once a month. Choosing between all 3 a month would be kind of greedy. Each piece a month in the span of a year should be head, shoulders, knees and toes for every class of Guardian. Make it look cool. Give incentive. Just don’t go PTW. Start if off at 0 Light level. Do a quest wearing said armour to be able to infuse it once said quest has been complete. No edge above others who decided not to purchase it. Legendary only, more or less cosmetic. If Bungie decides to add new, cool perks, they should implement a reroll on all legendary armour pieces. Thoughts?
Actually give a reason for yes or no.
