Black hammer without question. Just sayin i used my spear more often just for surplus.

A fair enough point, and as such i used my LDR because of field scout and firefly a tad more due to being more efficient against non boss encounters and ease of use.

Twas quite the loss sadly. It was an amazing perk for a gun in a PvE focused game. Pretty sure i never saw people complain that field scout was too OP on the forums so i am still stumped as to why bungie really did that. The nerf was literally pointless.

My mg 18a harms way was beast with 100 in the mag. Now that did wreck in crucible mind you, id be lucky as f to use all its ammo before death. So thats why they killed it i think. My LDR had field scout and final round. With 6 in the mag i hardly ever got my final round perk except for bosses. It also had surplus. Quite a good sniper in year 1.
