Correct me if i'm wrong. but the dev didn't say that. he simply said "what a cool strat nicely done" And middle platform for CE isn't a cheese because no mechanics are being avoided or skipped. I consider this strat to be pretty dang close to a cheese. It's ALMOST as bad as the hanging edge strat that used to be used against the templar. But that was patched because you left the map. You could still technically avoid the oracles today when fighting the templar. But you're inside the map. so it's kosher.
