Edited by REXEL: 10/26/2015 10:33:46 PMIt's just another way of doing it, and it doesn't make the encounter any quicker, nor does it guarantee success. One gaze= you have 5 people dpsing, this voids having to alternate gaze with someone else. As a trade of you lose constant dps you would have with 2 gazers and 3-4 people on dps duty. You also put more people at risk during the taken phase of the fight. Two gaze= you get constant dps from moving from orb to orb, and this method ends up being faster. The design of the raid allows you to complete the portions how you feel is best suited for your party. The only thing im seeing is people complaining about there being different ways to combat the portions of the raid, choice isn't a bad thing. People on this forum condeming a strategy is a bad thing, because that is promoting ignorance because you believe things have to be done a certain way/your way.
