Just a couple nights ago I was at the totems in King's Fall hard when my teammate went to melee an enemy but his hit connected with me. I've never seen this happen, but his melee attack somehow thrusted me as a cabal would into the wall we were using for cover, instantly killing me at full health. The game said misadventure, but naturally everyone assumed I probably just got myself killed lol.
