Lelouche is awesome.
-
Surprisingly one of the few protagonists in anime I relate to.

Edited by IrisIndulgence: 10/25/2015 5:52:15 AMI enjoyed the anime a lot. I know in the end he supposedly dies but if I remember correctly he's actually alive.

v Spoilers v
He is. His Geass (conveniently) evolved during his time talking with Charles, so when Charles died he took his code and therefore is immortal. A lot of people actually didn't know about that. I consider myself a big fan, but I missed it for a while.
In the subbed version there's a scene in the last episode that wasn't in the dubbed where you see someone who looks like Lelouche and C.C. riding in a wagon. It's somewhere on YouTube unless they took it down
-
Yea, that was actually the TV release in Japan. After that the creator decided to edit that out of the DVD release because he wanted the fans to interpret the ending for themselves.
-
Explains why a lot of people think he's dead.

Yea, that and they don't explain the whole Geass and Code system very well. It happened so fast too.
V.V. gets killed by Charles not too long before LeLouch has his run-in with him. They kind of leave you to figure it out when Charles has the Code in his palm.
