Your character is a Fallen Guardian. How does that even happen?

U let another person make a fallen guardian.... Don't see him having to explain much at all

I have not accepted a Fallen Guardian. One of my subordinates might have, but I did not. Frankly, he concept is too far outside the boundaries of the lore for me to allow. I'm sorry, but I cannot accept this character. I will investigate this other Fallen Guardian.
