You can't buy legendaries and if he does solar on another character he can't get one of the other elements.

Now this i do agree with.If for some reason you want to get the legendary sword again it should be available in the abandoned quest kiosk.

Agreed. All I was trying to say is that there is no way to get it again, no quest and no rng.
