What you constantly use as evidence is the Nightfalls and nothing about them has changed(other then our 25% burn nerf). When its a burn ill use my Long far gone, Arc Ill use 4th horseman or Supercell(which is a Primary) and Void ill use Telesto. My primary wont be touched. Only thing they have done is restrict choice even more. Again, are you saying using my secondary and heavy is a crutch as well?
