Skullfort: Health Regen w/ Shoulder Charge?
So I heard back in year 1, skullfort's regeneration of HP not only actives for melees, but for the shoulder charge as well. Is this still true for year 2? Has it ever been true, in that matter?

I've never noticed, always used either armamentarium or peregrine greaves with shoulder charge
