As much as I'm disappointed there are no elemental primary weapons, I can live with it. Honestly, in year 1 I can't remember many times that Fatebringer, Praedyth's Timepiece, or the VoC weren't in my primary spot (apart from when they were obsolete during TDB... even then they still wrecked in nightfalls).
