Run heroics and build up your streak. Try it with multiple characters... I seem to get a lot of opposites drops (i.e. my warlock getting Hunter and Titan gear).

So heroics actually do give you a better chance in getting the specific drops? I guess I really never noticed the difference. I'll try it and and see what I get, compared to just doing the level 36 strikes.
