I have collected 4 fusion rifle relics but i can't get the ss questline. Why is this im pretty sure this is a glitch. Ive been trying to get another just in case four three weeks now and no results so can you please fix this issue

If you have handed in the 4 relics then your next step is to wait until the mission called The First Firewall appears in the cosmodrome. That mission is behind a time gate so there's no telling when it'll appear. Also, the mission will only be available for 48 hours.
