How is Bungie not to blame for RNG? You act like its the players fault.

why is it their fault that 1 person gets sucky drops, that person is not lucky. I don't see how they are to blame honestly.

Yes, they are doing it wrong. If a game is to be a test of skill it should reward skill, not luck. Rewarding luck is for gambling simulators
