Did you try doing the SHEILD brothers strike in the weekly heroic strike ? I got the Titan gauntlet like that on my first try , also the flyer capes I got the red one by doing the strike in the weeklong heroic notice now it says underneath it " weekly boost 3 " that means at the end of the strike you get a lil something extra , also if you want the red flyer cape , you save the red one for last to kill , same goes for the blue & purple one , you save the one you want for last & then you should get it
