Just yes. Yes, the tower should be decorated. Decorate it for everything if you want, or only for specific occasions. If Bungie wants to decorate for Christmas because they celebrate it, then they should do that. Or Canadian Thanksgiving (I know it's happened already). Or Hanukkah. And Halloween is religious. And yes, Christian too. So you aren't really making a case.
