Its illegal cuz a few companies wanted to control an entire market based in their industries by preventing a natural abundant resource being used to make their products. Also to prevent people from publishing their own news and publications using cheap easy to make paper. In other words; [b][i][u]its illegal so a few private companies could gain control of the market and the country.[/u][/i][/b] So yea its illegal so you could have many rights of your own [b][i][u]REMOVED AND CONTROLLED[/u][/i][/b]

Fascism; You can only do what the state allows or permits; blindly following their rules with out explanation or validation. Thats exactly what happens with regard to the legislation criminalizing marijuana
