He's using it to demonstrate (correctly in my opinion) how poorly thought out the changes were. Its almost as if Bungie is looking at the raw numbers of weapon parts players have....and not looking to UNDERSTAND how this situation developed. When anyone who has played this game for any length of time, can TELL you why Bungie is seeing what they are seeing. Nerfing weapon parts drop rates was almost criminally foolish, in light of how many people in this community are scrounging for weapon parts any way and anywhere they can find them.
