The logic was terrible.
"Some players use a lot" - then those players are going to need more.
"Others use almost none" - then those players are fine as is.
How exactly did you get NERF from that, Bungie? Personally the only reason I use "almost none" is because I know I don't have time to grind for them if I run out! Which is now going to happen. Thanks...
