I don't think we're going to see a Destiny 2, the game has way too much stigma attached to it as it is. The only people who play it are dedicated fans and folks waiting for something better to come along.
Personally I think they should start listening now and do what we're asking them to do. The competition is coming out soon and theres no room for error.

The fact that other good games are coming out is all the more reason to start over. At this point, there is no way that Bungie can compete with the other games coming out soon. At the very least, starting from scratch would give Bungie a chance to reorganize themselves so that they could make the game that we all want to see.
