I have not noticed getting any less parts from my weapons. I read the patch and thought it would be awful but I still get 3 parts 90% of the time

You're lucky. About 50% of the time blue weapons are breaking down to just a SINGLE weapon part, unless I'm cannibalizing my leftovers from Year One.....or breaking down some other Year One weapon I've gotten from another source.

Damn. You must be pretty lucky then. I'll get 1 maybe 2 if I'm lucky each time. Spent an hour or so grinding strikes. Came out with 17 parts. That's 1 upgrade node on a weapon. ONE!!!!

That does sound bad. I haven't looked at like that but I will when I get on an hour or so.
