Yes I agree, but damn I wish the original story wasn't scrapped

I'm glad it was scrapped because I would never play the game enthusiastically with this type of story. I admit I am really into sci fi and since babylon 5 or the extended unverse of e. g. Roddenberry's Star Trek or the Star Wars franchise too many authors wrotethe exact same story a thousand times. Atthis point it is a relief for me that they scrapped the old idea of destiny. But what is your point than if you'd have liked it if they'dkept it?

Don't you think a backstory with a two-faced mechanic would get boring too fast? It's the same idea like deus ex for example.

Don't get me wrong I don't want to win an argument. You are right the story is the biggest problem so far. But with this in mind I start to dream about something more evolving - and there is so much potential right now. Time will tell.
