I, like many others in the thread, almost wish that I had not read that article. I always get so disappointed when I think on the potential that was wasted here. I've been a Bungie fan since Halo:CE, I was stoked for Desinty and what it promised. I had stopped playing Call of Duty because of Activision annual cycle of shit, now we see that's what Destiny will become. Despite the disappointment in Destiny, it was Bungies attitude throughout the whole process that has turned this long term fan into someone that now will probably never buy a Bungie or Activision product again. When I had seen that Cozmo replied, even though it was to try and keep the conversation civil which is a whole other thing I won't get into about this community, I was hoping for some sort of conversation about it. It's even more infuriating then if they had not replied. Now I know they read it and chose not to address the larger point. And that right there is the rub. I'm sorry to say that unless this is addressed in a meaningful way I'm done. I know no one cares, but hopefully one day we, collectively as gamers, say we've had enough of this cash grab, pre-ordering bullshit that we've let our industry devolve into.

I really want some of the Team Leads for Bungie like Luke Smith to get on here and have a legitimate two-way conversation with the community. I know Cozmo and DeeJ are essentially the role of liaison for the company, but we need to really get MORE of Bungie itself on these forums and conversing with the players. ACTUAL discussions.

I agree, we need communication not PR mouth pieces.

The other members of Bungie are really just being held captive in their studio by Activision. This is why we never hear from them.

Well said and I'm right there with you!
