No I got unlucky with the perks. Spray and play. The stability and reload are close to max though . I'm tempted to infuse into a 299 hung jury....

Even without good perks its still a good gun for PVP since stability is already really high. Infusing into a hung jury sounds like a pretty good option to me to though.
