A good idea might be to just stop playing Destiny, rather than beating your head against a wall hoping it will become something it never will... I love Halo, I hate MP Halo Reach onwards. Guess what? I don't play it anymore. I hate the Crucible. I don't play that either (fuck you exotic sword quest for dragging me there!). Moral of the story, while away the precious moments before death doing something you enjoy.

  • This seems like such a simple choice to me. If you're having a crappy experience in an activity that you're not forced to do, that you're not obligated to do, that you are only doing because you choose to do it... well, that's on you, not the creator of whatever is making your experience unpleasant.

  • I sometimes wonder if all these people ever go out to eat, eat their meal, then ask for their money back after. Like damn this Big Mac doesn't look like it does in the picture.

McDonald's is famously consistent, whether you like their food or not; they put out a product and you know exactly what you're gonna get. Not sure I see how this example supports your argument

  • Simply moving on doesn't get back our content or money, though. At the end of the day, so long as they have our money, they don't care. Moving on is tantamount to conceding to these assholes and letting them keep what belongs to us. It lets them win, and if they are allowed to think they've won, they'll never change their tune. Have to hammer them with negativity surrounding their approach to us and their product.

  • Unfortunately moving on is the only thing you really can do. Not letting go will only damage you mentally in the end. Look at it like a bereavement. Eventually when the 5millionth person leaves only luke smith will be left to turn off the lights.
