I had to stop at the point where you said you didn't purchase TTK... yet you're still here? To me, TTK was worth all the other time and money put in because of how much has been fixed and how much more story I've gotten into this universe. Are there still things left to be desired, yes, and you do have many good points in regards to how they handle the community and the feedback. I just don't know what you hope to see from them that will then convince you to purchase all of the content you've been missing out on already. This game is unlike most others and not a static purchase for a set amount of content. It's meant to have daily and weekly activities, public event style participation that will come and go and perhaps will be missed by those who are not involved with the game at a given time. That's the beauty of it, imo.

 • I had to stop once you said "i had to stop", yet continued to feel the need to express your opinions on TTK. I will leave this link with you, though. Perhaps you could learn something. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZF6mS01WxzM&feature=youtu.be

 • Ttk was a huge leap forward for story and content, and two giant steps backward for actual mechanics. Less weapon parts. More farming. No exchange. No matchmaking for endgame. And they only brought forty percent of the game activities into year 2. I was bored if ttk in two weeks. Its just.... Not very good in the ways that matter. Sure the story was better. And thise missions lasted all of ten hours. The stuff that keeps you playing for months has been reset to day 1 grind levels and that's terrible

 • I disagree with a lot of that. I play almost every day and I only just finished every single available quest on my main. Only touched my Hunter long enough to pass over a second sword and working on the exotic chain for that now. I also enjoy taking plenty of time into PvP, and have only raided King's Fall twice so far. Some of you people just have WAY too much time on your hands, and again I'll say, are likely much better suited to be playing an ACTUAL MMORPG and not Destiny.

 • Nice downvotes btw. Keep on the butthurt for people who don't agree with you fully. "I'm still waiting for my $100 investment to match the value." ...and how many hours have you logged? You've got some seriously skewed ideas of what people "owe" you.

 • Really? It's "skewed" to expect a good game? really? You must not have played a lot of games to have that sort of thing spew from your mouth.

 • Yes, it does to some extent. You clearly put a lot of time into this site, but are on a moral holdout from playing a huge portion of the game that has brought about lots of positive change. I understand many of your gripes, but idk if you have a full perspective. Honestly though, I think there are a group of players like yourself who are just better suited in a full MMORPG and should leave Destiny behind.

 • The "lots of positive change" is more like an illusion. TTK doesn't really offer anything all that new. The first 4 hours was really where all the new stuff was and then the game begins to fall off as it enters that new grind. "Its all about the Raid, though! You gotta go do King's Fall!" is the usual reaction I get after saying that, but a raid does not a $40 expansion make. I honestly think that's more of an excuse people tell themselves to justify feeding their unhealthy addiction. I've seen others do the new raid and while it was good, it totally did not change my mind at all about anything which I was definitely 100% right about with regards to the rest of the game. But that isn't really what is holding me back, honestly. My reasons were outlined in the post. The first one is the moral holdout aspect where I feel players should get more for their money instead of less, advocating for Gamer Rights that benefit you, me and everyone else. My second reason is more the case where I feel the game itself is broken due to an inconsistent progression system. I want Destiny to be MORE than just some Grinder's Paradise, because it has the potential to be so much more than that. Destiny can be whatever it wants, and I haven't considered it an MMORPG in the least. Ever. I don't even consider it an MMO, either. I treat it like a quasi open world FPS.
