It is when you aren't building up to it. If you do what is required and then just have to sit and wait, it is retarded.

That's why a game should make you work towards something. But bungie deciding you can't even start something just because... no reason really... that just sucks. They can't decide peoples schedules for when they'll have time to play. They should stop attempting to have that power.
