I hope you get better soon back problems are really going to hurt once you reach 45-50 years of age my father is an ex-army mechanic and he actually fractured a disc in his back trying to undo a bolt on his car that some f,uckwit did up with a rattlegun and these bolts you don't tighten up with a rattlegun

he's fine now but he learn that he has osteo arthritis so he just has to be careful in what he does now
