Even if Bungie wanted to add more content, Activision has every right to force its cut and save it for a DLC. That's how their partnership works.

I dunno at this point. I'm pretty sure we can attribute a lot of it to the guys calling the shots at the top for Bungie. This whole Iron Bar consortium seems to be at the root of all the troubles.
