• Dude. 30. That's weekend warrior age. Atleast try to get out there. Although, I have been planning how to keep myself busy during retirement, so if you really feel old, I can bore you into feeling young. Eh shonny?

  • I'm still going through the joys of physical therapy, sadly. Confined to the man cave. Fortunately, my life is heavily involved with games. Its slow going but I've been developing my own game for years now and my wife is a manager for Gamestop. Me and her actually met years ago on an MMO, even. What console you on? I've got a 360 and a PS4. Soon to have an Xbox One cause...Halo 5, of course. XD

  • Yeah. She loves her job. Even though its retail, working with games is awesome.

  • Well shoot man. If you're getting Halo 5 soon, shoot me an invite. Pretty much on board with everything you post here on the forums. You're just a lot more eloquent at saying it than I am.

  • And... sent. Or added. Whichever. Never figured out exactly how it works adding someone on a 360 account via the xbone. Mine's pnut87. Let's find some real guardians.

Huh... I checked it but it didn't show me any friend requests. Maybe because I'm on the 360? If that's the case, I'll hit you up when I get an Xbox One.

  • You know, I think their seperate servers or something like that. Now that I think of it, I can sign on simultaneously on the 360 and xbone with no trouble. I'll turn on my 360 later on and see about resending.

  • Also forgot to ask, what sorta games? I tried coding a couple of times, and I made an abomination, but it's playable. Barely.

  • Its just one game at this point. I've actually written a story that I've broken down into a 4 book series, all connected together with an overarching plot. When I first began, my intention was to one day have these stories actually published. But down the line I came to the decision that I would much rather have a career in game design and chose to convert my stories into that format. I have enough story content to make 4 games, each one devoted to said books in the series. The first 3 games are designed as RPGs along the lines of Dragon Age or The Witcher for a comparison. The 4th and final game in the series is designed to be an MMORPG which could be comparable to a mix between Phantasy Star and TERA Online. Basically what I was expecting Destiny to be. There's also enough lore to create spin-off titles as well that allow players to explore past events and such that are talked about and serve as a foundation for the main story.

  • Haha, Xbox one, and kinda sorta 360. Laggy AF on 360, but bearable on xb1. What's your physical therapy for? I tore my meniscus and snapped my coxics doing a ridiculous hike, with no way of evac. I have been trying to let it heal naturally, but I am going to have to do physio soon. You?

  • Had a herniated disc in my lower back, between the L4 and L5. The injury caused nerve damage in my legs that has been slowly recovering. I needed to have surgery done to correct it.

  • Oooohhh... Damn, that's going to keep you out of the game for quite a while longer. Something I have found to help with my injuries is a TINY bit of LIGHT Erging. (A rowing machine, not sure how many people know the term.) My mistake was taking my recovery too fast, and people kept trying to get me back into sports, and that turned out well, so I decided to go for a walk, and accidentally retore my meniscus, some a hole driver round a blind corner going about 85Km/h, so I had to dive into some bushes. Ah, that's what I get for walking on the side of the road without the sidewalk.

  • Ouch. Yeah, that wasn't a good idea. My wife is very adamant about me not overdoing things. Which is annoying cause bare in mind, I'm a big guy. I went from being like invincible to being like this. Really screws with your head. >_<

  • Yeah. I used to be able to run for about 2 km without a break, in about 3-4 mins. It sucks not being able to run. I tried biking as well. That didn't end well. I lost 15 pounds since I got my injuries. I got a lot of work to do to put on that muscle again.
